User guide/Account & policies Payment, billing, and credits This guide explains the subscription, payment, credit, renewal, cancellation, and fair-use terms supplied for AIHom. Because prices, plan benefits, supported currencies, and policies can change, the product and legal teams should verify this page before publication. Choose and purchase a subscription Basic accounts include limited design and rendering usage. Upgrading increases the limits and unlocks benefits assigned to the selected plan. After a successful purchase: AIHom displays the order details on a confirmation page. A PDF invoice is sent to the email address used to sign in. For billing assistance, the supplied support contact is support@aihom.ai. Supported payment methods and currencies The currencies available at checkout depend on the payment processor. How AIHom credits work Credits allocate processing and cloud-rendering resources. According to the supplied policy, credits are deducted when a generation or rendering task begins. Credit-consuming actions include: Creating or generating structural 2D layouts Switching to the fully rotatable 3D view Generating high-definition 4K scenes Entering interactive walkthrough mode The supplied policy states that later visual adjustments to the same result do not consume additional credits. This behavior requires product verification before publication. Earn and renew credits The supplied program describes these ways to receive additional credits: Daily check-ins: Sign in to the workspace and claim the available daily credits. Beta-tier upgrades: Upgrade to an eligible Beta tier for its listed credit allocation and experimental feature access. Standard subscription credits renew at the beginning of each billing cycle. Promotional or bonus credits may have separate expiration dates. Check the current plan terms and credit balance for the dates that apply to your account. Failed tasks and credit rollbacks If an AI generation or render fails completely because of a confirmed system-side error, the supplied policy states that the deducted credits are returned automatically. The supplied policy excludes failures caused by user-side conditions, including: Closing the browser tab during processing Losing the network connection Uploading a corrupted file Using an unsupported custom layout dimension If a credit is not returned after a qualifying failure, contact Customer Service with the task time and non-sensitive diagnostic information. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or other secrets. Capacity and rendering queues During periods of high demand, generation and rendering may take longer or enter a queue. The supplied policy says dynamic queuing may prioritize premium plans, while free accounts may experience reduced speed during peak periods. If recurring billing fails The supplied policy provides a one-week grace period after a failed automatic renewal, such as one caused by insufficient funds or an expired card. Open your billing settings. Update the payment information. Pay the outstanding bill during the grace period. If the invoice remains unpaid after the grace period, the account is downgraded to the Free tier under the supplied policy. Cancel a subscription Open Account Settings. Open the Billing portal. Cancel the premium subscription. The supplied terms state that paid benefits remain available until the end of the current billing cycle and that no further renewal charge applies after cancellation. Refund policy The supplied policy describes subscriptions and credit refills as non-refundable and non-exchangeable because processing resources are allocated when a task begins. It also states that: Unused credits are not refunded at cancellation or billing-cycle reset. A partial monthly or annual period does not qualify for a refund or prorated credit. The supplied exceptions are: Severe platform failure: For a confirmed system-wide outage or bug that prevents access to paid services for more than 48 consecutive hours, contact support@aihom.ai within seven days to request a billing review or credit restoration. Unauthorized charge: Notify the support team so it can investigate the transaction in line with applicable consumer financial-protection law. These terms may be limited by mandatory consumer law in the customer's jurisdiction and require legal approval before publication. Fair-use and anti-abuse rules The supplied policy prohibits: Automating check-ins, bulk registration, or sharing activity to collect credits Creating multiple accounts solely to accumulate promotional credits Bypassing credit deductions, interface limits, or server APIs It states that confirmed abuse may result in removal of credits, restricted access to rendering or storage, account suspension, and blocking of associated IP addresses or payment methods. The supplied limitation-of-liability language concerning suspended accounts requires legal review.
