You can then apply an interior style, explore the space in 360°, and generate render images or videos. 1. Create or upload a floor plan Choose one starting method: Upload a floor plan without furniture: AIHom analyzes the layout and matches furniture to the rooms. Upload a furnished floor plan: AIHom recognizes the existing arrangement and converts it into a digital design. Generate the 3D design Confirm that the floor plan is ready. Click Generate 3D. Review the generated space in 2D and 3D views. 3. Application and Acceptance of Terms These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AIHom (operated by COOHOM INC. ) governing your use of AIHom's services. This warranty survives termination of service usage. Termination of Service You may stop accessing our services at any time. If we terminate your access to the services due to your violation of these Terms and you have a Subscription, you will not be entitled to any refund. Upon termination of these Terms or your access to the services, we may at our option delete any materials or other data associated with your account. Intellectual Property and AI Watermark You acknowledge that AIHom retains exclusive ownership of all rights, title, and interest—including intellectual property rights—in and to its proprietary technology. This encompasses, but is not limited to, all software, algorithms, user interfaces, trade secrets, methodologies, designs, inventions, original works of authorship, and any related tangible or intangible materials or information. Nothing in these Terms limits AIHom's right to utilize, develop, or commercialize any concepts, ideas, techniques, or know-how associated with its technology or derived from its performance under these Terms. Except as explicitly stated herein, no licenses or rights to AIHom's technology are granted to users, and all such rights are expressly reserved. By uploading floor plans, images, PDFs, text or other file types expressly supported by the applicable AIHom upload control ("Content") to AIHom, you expressly represent and warrant that you either own all rights, title and interest (including intellectual property rights) in such Content or have obtained all necessary legal authorizations for its submission and use on the platform. You further warrant that your Content does not and will not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, trade secrets or confidentiality obligations, nor violate any applicable laws or regulations. In the event your Content infringes any third-party rights or causes damages to AIHom, you agree to assume full liability and shall indemnify AIHom for all resulting losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred in connection with such infringement. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of the services. You expressly acknowledge and agree that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors, and therefore covenant not to use such content for commercial purposes unless you have purchased an applicable Subscription plan that expressly includes commercial-use rights for the relevant output, while simultaneously granting AIHom a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, analyze, and otherwise exploit your generated content, including your input parameters and prompts, solely for the purposes of service maintenance, improvement, quality assurance, and AI model training, with all such rights surviving termination of your account or use of the services. By using the service, you irrevocably permit AIHom to employ Content you uploaded and AI-generated outputs for platform improvement, machine learning and model training purposes. Infringement Complaints. If you believe any Content on AIHom infringes your intellectual property or other rights, contact us at support@aihom.ai (subject: "Infringement Complaint"). Your notice must include: (a) your signature (electronic or physical); (b) identification of the infringed right and the allegedly infringing Content's location (URL or Output ID); (c) your contact details; (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content upon receipt of a valid notice, and reserve the right to request additional evidence or accept a counter-notification. We kindly ask that all complaints be made in good faith, as knowingly false complaints may result in liability. Certain AI-generated Content on AIHom may contain visible or invisible watermarks, labels, or identifiers indicating its AI origin. You agree not to remove, alter, obscure, or circumvent any such watermark, label, or identifier, except as permitted by applicable law. We may also apply watermarks or identifiers to outputs for authenticity, traceability, or compliance purposes. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification While we are committed to delivering high-quality services, please note that AI technology remains in continuous development. All services, outputs, and actions are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are expected to use the services scientifically and rationally, and to independently evaluate the output content generated by AI. You agree to bear all risks associated with the use of AI and any potential damages that may arise from such risks. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: Fitness for a particular purpose Title, merchantability, or non-infringement Accuracy, availability, reliability, or security Privacy, compatibility, or uninterrupted service Any warranties arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither we nor our affiliates, investors, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—arising from or related to the use of our services, materials, or these Terms. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, AIHom's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action arising out of or in any way related to the services, the materials, the actions, or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for access to or use of the services (if any) in the six months preceding the date such damages, losses, and causes of action first arose, and $100. the foregoing limitations are essential to these terms, and we would not offer the services to you under these Terms without these limitations.
